Upper Floors is on Roxburgh Estate, situated just 1.5 miles upstream of Kelso.
The beat offers 1.5 miles of double bank fishing with access to 17 named pools offering a variety of bank, boat and wading opportunities. There is good access to all of the pools as well as a fishing hut equipped with a log fire. Fishing is for a maximum of four rods.
There are two full time boatman on the beat and access to three boats.
