The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is open to the public, allowing anyone interested to attend. However, following the AGM, there will be two additional meetings: a quarterly RTC meeting and a Tweed Proprietors’ Meeting.

These subsequent meetings are closed, meaning they are restricted to Commissioners and Tweed Proprietors only.

Members of the public who attended the AGM will not be permitted to attend these closed meetings.
